Senior Furniture Consultant

London | Commercial Furniture & Workplace Interiors

£80K/£85K plus comms (Negotiable depending on experience)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly commercial and sales-driven Senior Furniture Consultant to join a leading global workplace design and delivery business.

This is a senior, client-facing position for someone who knows the commercial furniture market inside out, enjoys developing relationships and has a proven track record of identifying opportunities, winning work and growing accounts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background working for a commercial furniture dealer, with an established understanding of manufacturers, products, pricing and the wider workplace market.

Previous experience within Design & Build or commercial fit-out would be advantageous, but is not essential.

The Role

The Senior Furniture Consultant will:

  • Take a highly commercial and sales-focused approach to furniture consultancy.
  • Build, develop and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, designers and key industry contacts.
  • Identify new furniture opportunities across both existing accounts and prospective clients.
  • Help drive new business and revenue growth within the furniture offering.
  • Lead client conversations around furniture strategy, specification, budgets and procurement.
  • Present furniture solutions confidently and commercially to senior-level clients.
  • Develop proposals and furniture packages that balance design, functionality, quality and commercial value.
  • Use strong manufacturer and supplier relationships to create competitive and compelling solutions.
  • Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with suppliers and manufacturers.
  • Work closely with interior designers, workplace strategists, project managers and delivery teams.
  • Maintain awareness of new products, manufacturers, market trends and emerging workplace solutions.
  • Take ownership of opportunities from the initial client conversation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
