About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Furniture & Production Manager to join a growing London-based luxury design studio renowned internationally for its exceptional one-off furniture, collectible pieces, bespoke collections, lighting, and high-end residential and hospitality interiors.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will oversee furniture projects from concept through manufacture, delivery and installation, managing production schedules, quotations, purchase orders, budgets and project costs. They will work closely with specialist suppliers, manufacturers, artisans and contractors, resolving technical and production challenges while ensuring projects remain on programme and within budget.
- Develop and technically resolve designs while maintaining design intent
- Produce CAD models, technical drawings, specifications, renders and manufacturing documentation
- Oversee production through workshop, supplier, warehouse and site visits

Requirements
Strong technical expertise is essential, including the ability to develop and technically resolve designs while maintaining design intent. The role will involve producing CAD models, technical drawings, specifications, renders and manufacturing documentation, as well as overseeing production through workshop, supplier, warehouse and site visits.
- Extensive knowledge of furniture construction, manufacturing processes, materials and specialist finishes
- Strong commercial, negotiation, organisational and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced proficiency in Rhino 3D, V-Ray, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
- Excellent technical drawing, detailing and 3D modelling abilities
- Minimum of five years' experience in furniture design and production
- Strong knowledge of materials including bronze, brass, steel, wood, stone, resin and upholstery
- Experience in quality control and production problem-solving
- International travel required as needed

A relevant degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.
