Role Overview
As we continue to expand globally, MultiBank Group is seeking a Senior FX Liquidity Manager to join MEX Exchange. Our leading institutional Electronic Communication Network (ECN) provides deep liquidity, competitive pricing, and advanced execution solutions to financial institutions, brokers, hedge funds, proprietary trading firms, asset managers, and other professional market participants. Our technology-driven platform delivers transparent access to global FX liquidity while enabling clients to optimize execution quality and trading performance.
We are seeking an experienced Senior FX Liquidity Manager to join our Team in London. This role sits at the heart of our operation, responsible for managing globally liquidity across multiple currency pairs, optimizing funding costs, and ensuring robust risk controls across our global FX book.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day FX liquidity positions across major and emerging market currency pairs, ensuring adequate funding is in place across time zones
- Monitor and forecast intraday liquidity needs, coordinating with trading, settlements, and prime brokerage teams
- Develop and maintain liquidity risk frameworks, stress testing scenarios, and contingency funding plans specific to FX exposures
- Optimize the cost of funding through efficient use of FX swaps, forwards, and money market instruments
- Maintain strong relationships with correspondent banks, prime brokers, and liquidity providers
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements (e.g., PRA, FCA, Basel III liquidity standards, LCR/NSFR considerations as they relate to FX)
- Partner with Risk and Compliance to ensure limits, controls, and reporting meet internal and regulatory standards
- Lead or contribute to liquidity-related projects, including CLS settlement optimization, nostro account management, and payment system enhancements
- Produce regular liquidity reporting and MI for senior management and relevant committees
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior members of the treasury/liquidity team
- Stay current on market developments, central bank policy, and regulatory change affecting FX liquidity management

Role Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in FX liquidity management, treasury, or FX trading support within a bank, asset manager, hedge fund, or non-bank liquidity provider
- Strong understanding of FX products (spot, forwards, swaps, NDFs) and their liquidity/funding implications
- Solid grasp of regulatory frameworks affecting liquidity risk (Basel III, PRA/FCA requirements)
- Experience with CLS settlement, nostro/vostro account management, and payment systems
- Strong quantitative skills; comfortable with liquidity forecasting models and stress testing
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience liaising across trading, risk, compliance, and operations
- Proficiency with treasury management systems (e.g., Murex, Calypso, FIS) and Excel/SQL; Python a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related field; relevant certifications (e.g., ACI Dealing Certificate, CFA) advantageous
