We are looking for a Senior Game Designer with strong experience in mobile PvP board/card games to help evolve and scale a successful live product.

You will work on a live game with 1M+ monthly active users, improving core gameplay, matchmaking, progression, and monetization. We are looking for someone who combines strong product thinking, hands-on game design skills, and a deep understanding of live operations in competitive mobile games.

Responsibilities

  • Design, improve, and balance core gameplay systems for a live mobile PvP game
  • Develop features and content for user progression, competitive modes, live events, and retention
  • Analyze player behavior, game performance, and feature impact to drive design decisions
  • Create clear design documentation, specifications, and feature briefs
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, analysts, artists, and developers throughout feature development
  • Generate hypotheses, validate ideas through testing, and iterate based on data and player feedback
  • Contribute to long-term product vision and identify opportunities for growth and improvement

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Game Designer in the gaming industry
  • Proven experience working on mobile PvP games
  • Experience designing and balancing systems for live-operated mobile games
  • Solid understanding of IAP monetization principles
  • Strong analytical thinking and confidence working with product metrics and player behavior data
  • Ability to communicate ideas clearly and create structured design documentation
  • English sufficient for day-to-day communication, documentation, and design discussions
