Terahard is looking for an experienced Game Designer
Terahard is looking for an experienced Game Designer to join our design team full-time and help us strengthen how we design and develop turn-based games.
We’re specifically looking for someone with strong experience in turn-based RPGs, JRPGs, tactics games, or similar genres, who has:
- Shipped at least one commercial game in this space
- Been a key member of the team responsible for conceptualising combat systems and mechanics
- Hands-on experience with combat balancing and progression
- Experience taking systems from early concepts through prototyping, iteration, and release

This isn't just a role working on a single feature or project. We’re looking for someone who can bring their experience into the wider Terahard design team, challenge how we currently approach turn-based development, and help us establish better design, prototyping, balancing, and iteration pipelines that we can carry across our projects.
