Position Overview
As a Senior Game Economy Designer, you will:
- Build and optimize in-game economies that balance player engagement with sustainable monetization
- Apply data-driven models and game design principles
- Improve long-term retention, revenue, and player satisfaction throughout the game’s lifecycle
What You’ll Do
Economy Design & Optimization
- Design, manage, and optimize complex in-game economies, including:
- Virtual goods
- Currencies
- Pricing models
- Reward systems (events, progression paths)
- Set ideal pricing for long-term player satisfaction while maximizing monetization.
Modeling & Simulation
- Build models and predictive simulations to forecast the impact of:
- Game features
- Content updates
- Game balance
- Player behavior

Data-Driven Strategy
- Define critical metrics for A/B testing.
- Analyze game data to iteratively improve live features.
- Address economic challenges without sacrificing player engagement while driving revenue growth.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with Product, Game Design, Data, Engineering, and LiveOps teams to deliver impactful features.
- Provide expert advice to inform data-driven decisions across the studio.
Requirements
What You Bring

Proven experience in mobile/freemium games in roles such as:
- Economy design
- Game design
- Data science
- LiveOps
- Product

Strong analytical and logical skills with experience in data-oriented projects.

Excellent interpersonal communication; highly collaborative, open-minded, and self-motivated.

A degree in economics or a related field.

Advanced level proficiency in English.
