About you:
We are recruiting for a passionate, hands on Senior General Manager who can lead from the front. As a Senior General Manager you will be the brand ambassador and ensure the rights standards and practices are in place and consistently followed to ensure the success and commercial expansion of the brands. The ideal Senior General Manager would have international experience having worked in European and Middle Eastern markets as the successful candidate would have the opportunity to oversee three of the brands located within these areas in the near future.
Responsibilities:
- Positively influencing internal and external stakeholders
- Designing and reviewing training and development programmes for the brand
- Overseeing and improving the reservations and booking systems
- Overseeing and upscaling the operations systems in place
- Maintain and comply with high Company service standards
- Overseeing the entire management of the Kitchen, Reception, Bar, Sommeliers and Restaurant functions.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience as Senior General Manager within a premium hospitality setting for a minimum of 7 years
- Drive guests satisfaction levels and strong guest relations experience
- Demonstrable experience of leading from the front
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse and multi site team
- Personal Licence and Food Safety qualification will be an advantage.
Availability to join from September 2026 Location: Chelsea, Pavilion Road Must already have the rights to work and live in UK without any restrictions.
