Role Summary
Minsait are hiring for a Senior ESRI GIS Technical Lead specialising in ArcGIS Enterprise and Utility Network, with extensive experience in enterprise GIS platform administration, system integration, multi-user geodatabase management and technical governance.

The role acts as the technical authority for GIS platforms and solutions, providing specialist technical leadership, architecture guidance, solution assurance and expert support across ArcGIS Enterprise, Utility Network, integrations and business-critical GIS services. The role is deliberately technical in nature and provides specialist expertise to project, operational and customer teams.
Role Purpose
To provide senior technical ownership, governance and specialist support for enterprise GIS platforms, integrations and Utility Network services, ensuring solutions remain secure, scalable, supportable and operationally reliable.

Whilst this is a remote role you will be required to travel to various Indra/Minsait sites including Glasgow.
Essential Technical Experience
- More than 5 years of experience administering and supporting ArcGIS Enterprise environments.
- More than 3 years of experience integrating GIS with corporate applications, REST APIs and ETL tools, including FME.
- More than 3 years of experience administering enterprise multi-user geodatabases, including traditional versioning and branch versioning.
- Strong understanding of ArcGIS Utility Network architecture, topology, validation, editing workflows and operational processes.
- Experience supporting Utility Network migration, testing, Go-Live readiness and post-Go-Live technical support.
- Experience supporting ArcGIS Enterprise deployments in production and business-critical environments.
- Experience troubleshooting complex GIS platform, integration, geodatabase and application issues.
- Knowledge of GIS security, authentication, enterprise architecture and supportability principles.
Functional Experience
- Experience delivering or supporting GIS projects for electricity utilities, energy distributors or critical infrastructure organisations.
- Experience participating in the maintenance, evolution and digital transformation of corporate GIS systems.
- Experience supporting both operational GIS services and project delivery activities from a technical perspective.
- Experience working in multinational corporate environments and multidisciplinary technical teams.
- Experience supporting critical systems and production environments.
- Ability to lead technical analysis and coordinate technical activity across GIS, infrastructure, databases, networks and security.

Desirable Skills & Certifications
- ArcGIS Utility Network certification and/or other ESRI technical certifications.
- ArcGIS Workflow Manager.
- ArcGIS Monitor.
- ArcGIS Experience Builder.
- ArcGIS Pro administration and support.
- FME certification or advanced FME experience.
- ITIL Foundation or practical service-management awareness.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban.
- Experience with cloud-hosted GIS environments, preferably Microsoft Azure.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
