Job Description

We’re looking for a Senior Global Affiliate Manager to lead and grow Luxury Escapes’ affiliate and partnership channel across APAC, Europe and the US.

This is a high-impact role for someone who combines strong commercial instincts with a performance marketing mindset. You’ll own the strategy, growth and optimisation of our global affiliate program, building valuable partnerships and using data to drive traffic, customer acquisition and revenue.

  • You’ll work across a broad mix of partners, from major publishers and content platforms to influencers, creators and emerging channels, with the opportunity to shape how Luxury Escapes scales partnerships globally.
  • Identify, engage and onboard high-value affiliate and partnership opportunities across APAC, Europe and the US.
  • Lead affiliate performance across our key international markets, developing strategies that drive profitable and sustainable growth.
  • Define the strategic direction of the affiliate and partnerships channel, identifying new opportunities across publishers, creators, influencers, YouTube, social platforms and emerging channels.
  • Analyse partner and channel performance against key KPIs, turning data into clear insights and actions that improve traffic quality, conversion and commercial outcomes.
  • Build, negotiate and nurture strong relationships with new and existing partners to unlock mutually beneficial growth opportunities.
  • Partner closely with sales, commercial and marketing teams to identify new opportunities and ensure partnership activity aligns with customer demand and business priorities.
  • Report performance and recommendations to key stakeholders, providing clear visibility on results, opportunities and next steps.
  • Support the technical execution of affiliate activity, including tracking pixels, landing page updates, basic HTML and creative optimisation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
