Are you an experienced International Employee Benefits Consultant or in-house reward professional looking for a role where you can have genuine influence rather than becoming another name in a large, siloed organisation?
I’m working with a mid-sized broker on a great opportunity to join a small, close-knit International Employee Benefits team with a strong collaborative culture and a real focus on delivering exceptional outcomes for clients.
This is much more than a traditional client servicing role.
- You’ll take ownership of key international client relationships, working strategically with large and complex accounts, advising on country-specific benefits, multinational pooling, global strategies and solutions across multiple territories.
- You’ll also work closely with colleagues across the US, Canada, and beyond, bringing together expertise to deliver a truly joined-up service for clients.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
