At AXA Partners, we're looking for a Senior Global Bid Manager to join our Global Bid Team and play a pivotal role in securing strategic, multi-country partnerships across some of our most exciting growth sectors. This is an opportunity to work at the heart of global business development, collaborating with senior stakeholders around the world to create differentiating, high-impact client solutions.

What you’ll be doing: As a Senior Global Bid Manager, you will lead and coordinate the development of strategic global bids, RFIs, RFPs, and pitch opportunities across multiple sectors including Travel, Banking, Payment Cards, Telecommunications, Utilities, and Mobility.
Working closely with the Global Head of Tenders, Sales Leaders, Product Experts, and key stakeholders across AXA Partners, you'll drive proposal excellence from early client/prospect engagement through to proposal submission and presentation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading complex, multi-country and multi-product bid processes from kick-off to final submission.
- Bringing together diverse stakeholder inputs and transforming them into compelling, client-focused proposals that stand out in the market.
- Driving project governance, ensuring clear timelines, accountability, risk management, and on-time delivery.
- Designing engaging proposal content and presentations that showcase AXA Partners' value proposition and competitive strengths.
- Creating impactful PowerPoint presentations and client-facing materials that tell a compelling story.
- Coaching and supporting commercial teams on bid management best practices and offer development.
- Identifying content gaps and developing reusable proposal assets, templates, case studies, and sales materials.
- Supporting the evolution of our Global Bid Process, embedding consistency, quality, and efficiency across the bid lifecycle.
- Collaborating with internal experts across Sales, Underwriting, Operations, Finance, Marketing, and strategic partners to deliver winning solutions.
- Driving continuous improvement through lessons learned reviews.

This is a highly visible international role where your expertise will directly contribute to growth, strategic partnerships, and commercial success across AXA Partners.
What you’ll bring:
We're looking for a proactive and experienced bid professional who combines strong project management skills with exceptional communication, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
You'll bring:
- 5+ years of senior bid management experience, including exposure to complex global or multinational tenders.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end RFP, RFI, and pitch processes in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong project management expertise with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Exceptional writing, editing, storytelling, and content development skills.
- Advanced PowerPoint and presentation design capabilities, with a keen eye for visual communication.
- The ability to translate complex solutions into clear, persuasive, and client-focused messages.
- Experience facilitating workshops and engaging cross-functional teams to develop winning bid strategies.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with confidence influencing senior leaders and global teams.
- A highly organised approach with excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- A collaborative, agile, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Experience with SharePoint or other content management platforms is beneficial.
- Knowledge of insurance, assistance, travel, banking, telecom, payments, or mobility sectors would be an advantage.
- APMP certification and/or relevant qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field are welcome.
- Curiosity for innovation, including the use of AI and digital tools to enhance bid quality and efficiency.
