For over 50 years, The Body Shop has challenged convention - proving that business can be a force for good.

We're looking for a Senior Global Brand Marketing Manager to join our Global Brand team on a maternity cover basis for 8 months to help shape the next chapter of our iconic brand.

This is a strategically important role responsible for developing and delivering global campaigns that drive customer relevance, awareness and loyalty, while ensuring consistency of our brand identity and positioning across markets.

  • Working closely with teams across Creative, PR, Social Media, Digital, Retail and International Markets, you'll lead the planning and delivery of multi-channel campaigns from concept through to activation and performance review.
  • You'll act as the lynchpin between multiple functions and partners, bringing teams together behind a shared vision and creating impactful campaigns that resonate with customers around the world.

We're looking for an experienced brand marketer with a proven track record of delivering large-scale campaigns, strong strategic thinking, and the ability to influence stakeholders across a fast-paced, global environment. Experience within retail, beauty, FMCG or consumer brands would be advantageous.
