Digital Campaigns Expert
350 is looking for a highly skilled digital campaigns expert who will work on global campaigns in addition to national and regional digital engagement for 350 supporters in the UK and Europe. This is a full-time role, which can be done remotely from anywhere in Europe, with a preference for being based in the UK.
About 350
350’s mission is to keep carbon in our atmosphere to a safe level, below 350 parts per million. We do this by mobilizing ordinary people to campaign for universal access to clean energy and an end to fossil fuels. Our campaigns are rooted in local organizing, so that while achieving measurable reductions in fossil fuel emissions, we also build the power and potential of the climate movement for yet more impact to come. The values that guide and drive our work are listed here. 350 is an equal opportunity employer. 350 strives to be an inclusive and collaborative group of people who bring a variety of approaches to our work. We’re committed to the principles of justice, and we try to build a safe workplace where everyone is treated fairly and enjoys working together. We value new perspectives, ideas of all sorts, and different ways of working. Diverse perspectives and experiences improve how 350 carries out our work – including what we decide to work on and how creatively/effectively we do it. We do our best to make staff positions accessible to all potential team members, regardless of race, national origin, ethnicity, age, disability, assigned gender, gender expression or identity, sexual orientation or identity, religion or creed, veteran status, marital or parental status, and genetic information. We also strive to include team members in communities most impacted by climate change or impacted by other kinds of environmental, social, and economic injustice.
About the Senior Global Digital Campaigner
The Senior Global Digital Campaigner will work closely with global and national teams to drive bold, effective multi-platform international digital campaigns, including Europe / UK, to grow, engage and inspire our network of followers and supporters. They will use digital tools and platforms, community engagement tactics, and data to create online supporter journeys and content to help recruit and inspire people to take action for the climate. They will lead the development and rollout of online campaigns and longer-term projects to phase out fossil fuels and scale up the transition to 100% renewable energy that is affordable for everyone. The role-holder should be someone who has a deep commitment to furthering intersectional climate justice and the aims of 350.org, is comfortable making decisions based on data, has an affinity for online tools and technology, and can write creative content that inspires people to take action. This is a highly collaborative role, with often-changing priorities and requiring both flexibility and good time and workload management.

- Digital Campaigns: Lead the development and rollout of online campaigns and longer-term digital engagement projects for global audiences, including UK and European English speakers.
- Supporter and Income Growth: Reverse supporter decline and increase supporter engagement through data-led engagement pathways with a focus on our UK and Europe supporter lists while also supporting national teams in the same time zone.

- Technology & Data: Support the Digital Engagement and Technology Director in ensuring the adoption of innovative tools and methods that grow, activate, and absorb more supporters.
- Culture & Values: Support an inclusive, agile, collaborative and results-driven culture in the global engagement team.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
