We are a brand embarking on a very exciting plan and we are seeking new members of the team who want to contribute to this.

Global Events Strategy

  • Develop and lead AllSaints' annual global events strategy, ensuring every activation reflects the brand's evolving creative vision
  • Create a consistent global approach to eventing, working alongside AllSaints regional teams on local experiences
  • Establish event frameworks, creative standards and best practice for global eventing
  • Work closely with regional Marketing and PR teams to advise on event concepts, guest strategy and creative execution across Asia and other international territories

Event Production

  • Personally lead the planning and delivery of flagship events across London, Europe and North America, including Fashion Week activations, collection launches, cultural collaborations, retail experiences and community programming
  • Develop original event concepts that create genuine cultural relevance and earned conversation
  • Manage production agencies, suppliers, venues and budgets from concept through execution
  • Execute events for both brand and consumer functions, leading eventing for AllSaints retail and wholesale partners
  • Ensure every event reflects the elevated creative direction of Aaron Esh and the wider AllSaints brand

VIP & Cultural Relations

  • Build and nurture relationships with influential creatives, designers, musicians, artists, stylists, editors and cultural tastemakers
  • Develop a strategic global VIP programme encompassing seeding, dressing, gifting, talent attendance and relationship management
  • Identify emerging creative talent before they become mainstream, positioning AllSaints as an early supporter of the next generation of cultural voices
  • Manage guest strategy for key events and collaborate closely with PR partners and talent representatives
  • Lead talent dressing in collaboration with the PR team

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Partner closely with Marketing, PR, Creative, Social and Retail teams to ensure events support wider business objectives
  • Collaborate with Aaron Esh's creative team to translate seasonal narratives into physical experiences
  • Support regional teams with strategic guidance, creative reviews and event planning where required

Budget & Performance

  • Manage global event budgets and supplier relationships
  • Produce post-event insights that inform future programming and strategy

WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED?

  • Experience producing end-to-end, high-profile global events and VIP/dressing programmes within fashion, luxury, or consumer lifestyle brands
  • Experience working within a fashion, editorial or a creative production house is highly advantageous
  • Proven track record of managing global event budgets, agency partners, and activations across London, Europe, North America, and Asia
  • Ability to translate elevated brand vision and seasonal narratives into culturally relevant physical experiences
  • Deep connections across music, art, design, and talent management, with a strong instinct for emerging cultural voices
  • Collaborative mindset to work seamlessly alongside Marketing, PR, Social, and Retail teams, paired with strong ROI tracking and post-event analysis

Based in our East London Studios in vibrant Shoreditch with perks and benefits offered from local businesses including discounts on food, shopping and health & beauty. Studio Location.

Approximately a 10 minute walk from Liverpool Street Station and a 5 minute walk from Shoreditch High Street.
