Senior Global Finance Director, London
Our client is a global technology company providing SaaS-based software solutions to the insurance industry, helping leading organizations modernize and transform their operations.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Global Finance Director to play a key role in transforming and scaling the global Finance function.
Reporting to the Deputy CFO, this highly visible leadership role combines strategic finance leadership, Finance transformation, ERP implementation, and SaaS expertise.

- Partner with the Deputy CFO to execute the global Finance strategy.
- Lead Finance transformation, including process optimization, automation, standardization, and organizational change.
- Lead ERP implementation and optimization, with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations experience highly desirable.
- Oversee financial reporting, month/year-end close, budgeting, forecasting, controls, and audit.
- Partner with IT, HR, Operations, and business leaders on strategic Finance initiatives.
- Lead and support M&A, financial due diligence, PPA, and Post-Merger Integration (PMI).
- Drive automation, AI, and best-in-class Finance practices.

Requirements:
- CPA/ACCA/ACA or equivalent qualification.
- 15+ years of progressive Finance experience, including senior leadership experience.
- Proven Finance transformation and ERP implementation experience.
- Strong financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and controls expertise.
- M&A/PMI and global experience highly desirable.
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
