The Role
A globally renowned firm has a brand-new requirement for an experienced Senior Global Immigration Consultant to manage a portfolio of complex immigration and consular cases, providing a high-quality and responsive service to clients throughout the process, on an initial 6-month contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage immigration and consular cases from initial assessment through to completion, ensuring deadlines and service standards are met.
- Assess individual circumstances and identify potential risks, complexities, or issues at an early stage.
- Provide clear, accurate advice and explain complex immigration and consular requirements in an easy-to-understand way.
- Research immigration, visa, and consular requirements using reliable, official sources and liaise with relevant authorities and external providers.
- Proactively manage documentation, appointments, and case milestones, including consular appointments where required.
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver a smooth and consistent client experience.
- Identify and escalate issues appropriately, taking action to resolve problems and prevent recurrence.
- Maintain accurate case records and provide regular progress updates to clients.
- Share knowledge and best practice with colleagues and support the wider team when required.

About You
You will have:
- Previous experience in global immigration, visa services, or consular services with a focus on managing high-volume caseloads.
- Strong case management, organizational, and research skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The confidence to challenge information and seek clarification where required.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- A proactive, client-focused approach with good judgment when handling complex or sensitive cases.
- The ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a wider team.
