Role Description
The Senior Global Internal Human Resources Specialist at OneSource is a full-time, on-site role based in the United Kingdom. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR processes, including employee lifecycle management, HR policy implementation, and compliance with global and local labor regulations. The specialist partners with leaders and teams across regions to support workforce planning, performance management, and employee relations, ensuring consistent HR practices worldwide.
Day-to-day activities include managing HR documentation, coordinating onboarding and offboarding, supporting learning and development initiatives, and providing guidance on benefits, compensation, and organizational changes. The role also involves analyzing HR data and metrics, contributing to global HR projects, and continuously improving internal HR processes to enhance employee experience.

- Demonstrated expertise in core HR functions such as employee relations, performance management, and HR policy administration in a global or multinational environment.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR compliance, with the ability to interpret and apply regulations across different regions.
- Experience managing HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, benefits coordination, and HR documentation with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS) and data analysis, including preparing reports, tracking HR metrics, and using data to support decision-making.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and collaborate effectively at all organizational levels.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the capacity to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Experience supporting or leading HR projects and change initiatives across regions, including process improvements and implementation of new HR programs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification (e.g., CIPD or equivalent) is an advantage.
- Previous experience in a senior internal HR role and familiarity with global or cross-cultural work environments.
