Senior Global Marketing Manager, Sensodyne Innovations

About the role

The Senior Global Marketing Manager, Sensodyne Innovation is a critical role on the team reporting into the Global Marketing Director, Innovation and is responsible for end-to-end innovation – from strategy development, insight identification, concept development, toolkit creation, full marketing mix programme and launch activation.

We expect you to have a deep understanding of the consumer, capable of aligning global interests while effectively accommodating local market nuances and consequently supporting growth for globally and for the 6 Haleon Operating Units (Regions).

Role Responsibilities

Innovation

  • Deliver best-in-class, irresistible innovation programmes that bring to consumers our superior science in meaningful ways, achieving the innovation sales targets
  • Drive end-to-end innovation, managing pipeline development from concept generation to creation of fully adaptable toolkits for Operating Units, including shopper activation
  • Contribute to delivering focused and meaningful global programmes covering all aspects of innovation including (1) differentiated channel pack architecture, (2) commercial innovation supporting pricing and promotion strategies (3) superior and differentiated claims roadmap
  • Think beyond products into experiences and services
  • Contribute to the continuous optimisation of innovation plans and portfolio, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance delivery of toolkits and content to win across customers and channels
  • Support development of innovation guardrails & thresholds to enable innovation pipeline governance
  • Support the development and drive implement of sustainability plans within innovation priorities

Why you?

Basic Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing and driving innovation projects, including growth opportunity identification, product development, and asset creation
  • Demonstrated ability to lead the development of new concepts and/or claims derived from robust consumer insights and data
  • Expertise in crafting impactful toolkits and communications that leverage consumer insights and are deeply anchored in the brand equity
  • Proven ability in developing integrated digital campaigns across paid/owned/earned with strong results
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with successful outcomes, within a matrix organisation

This role has a global remit so applicants should be able to demonstrate an equal level of experience / expertise.
