About the Role
In this strategically important role, you will own our international Hot & Cold piping solutions end-to-end from idea generation over innovation roadmap, strategic projects, life-cycle management, documentation, and commercial support and training.
- Develop and execute the global product & segment strategy
- Manage and optimize the Hot & Cold piping portfolio, including its value propositions.
- Lifecycle and performance management on Manholes and Inspection Chambers portfolio
- Identify opportunities for new business and solutions
- Consolidate cross-regional needs into clear product requirements
- Lead innovation projects and align cross-functional and multicultural teams
- Coordinate new products launch activities and ensure product readiness
- Monitor market dynamics, regulatory changes, and risks
- Enable sales with tools, content, insights, and training
- Ensure compliance with global standards and certifications

About you
- 6+ years in strategic product management (ideally Hot & Cold piping/HVAC/Heat Transfer)
- Strong inclusive collaborator with experience in working in a large international matrix-led organization
- Multi-cultural experience and skills, able to work effectively in a truly international environment
- Ability to analyze market needs, customer value, and product lifecycle to drive decision-making
- Experience in solution-based selling and project-driven environments
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Technical affinity and comfort working with engineering teams
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Fluent in English is a must. German speaking would be a huge advantage
