Job Description
The Role
The Senior Global Real Estate Transactions Analyst is a strategic individual contributor responsible for supporting the execution of complex real estate transactions and portfolio initiatives across a global portfolio, with a primary responsibility for EMEA and APAC support. This role provides analytical, financial, and project management support for lease transactions, acquisitions, dispositions, portfolio optimization initiatives, special projects, and M&A-related real estate activities.
Working closely with transaction managers, business stakeholders, finance, legal, construction and facilities, and other cross-functional teams, the position plays a key role in evaluating opportunities, developing recommendations, and advancing transactions from strategy through execution. The analyst is also responsible for synthesizing complex transaction data into clear, executive-ready materials that support informed decision-making by senior leadership.
The ideal candidate combines strong business and financial acumen with exceptional communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, and is comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced, global environment.
This role is hybrid from Arnhem or The Hague.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
