Job Description: Senior Global Recruiter

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Global Recruiter based in the United Kingdom.

This is a fully remote, 12-month fixed-term opportunity for an experienced recruiter to own senior and experienced-hire searches across a truly global organization. You will recruit across EMEA, LATAM, and North America, working with senior leaders across Operations, Finance, Legal, Product, and customer-facing functions. The role combines hands-on full-cycle recruiting with strategic talent partnership, giving you the opportunity to influence role design, hiring strategy, and assessment decisions. You will build proactive talent pipelines rather than relying solely on inbound applications and referrals. With no dedicated sourcing or coordination support, you will also shape the systems, automations, and workflows that make global recruiting more efficient. This is a high-autonomy environment suited to someone who thrives on ambiguity, pace, technology, and measurable impact.

Accountabilities

  • Own full-cycle recruitment for experienced and senior-level positions across Operations, Finance & Accounting, Legal & Compliance, Product, and customer-facing functions, from sourcing through offer and close.
  • Partner strategically with hiring managers and senior leaders to define role requirements, calibrate expectations, establish assessment approaches, and challenge assumptions when market data indicates a different approach is needed.
  • Develop and execute recruiting strategies across EMEA, LATAM, and North America, adapting sourcing, compensation, process, and candidate engagement approaches to local market conditions.
  • Build proactive talent pipelines through market mapping, direct outreach, communities, referrals, talent pools, and other sourcing channels beyond inbound applications.
  • Own the end-to-end candidate experience, maintaining clear communication, thoughtful engagement, transparency, and a high standard of professionalism throughout the hiring journey.
  • Manage recruiting operations independently through Ashby or an equivalent ATS, including scheduling, pipeline management, reporting, data hygiene, and identifying stalled searches.
  • Use AI tools and automation to improve sourcing, research, outreach, interview intelligence, ATS workflows, reporting, and overall recruiting productivity.
  • Share effective AI-enabled recruiting practices and process improvements with the wider talent team to increase organizational efficiency.
  • Manage multiple searches and stakeholders across different time zones while maintaining strong organization, prioritization, and delivery standards.
  • Contribute to improving recruiting systems, processes, and operating models within an organization undergoing significant transformation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • A reliable home internet connection and the ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment.
  • Experience building Ashby agents, global Product hiring, APAC recruiting, unconventional sourcing strategies, or transitioning from agency/RPO to in-house recruiting would be an advantage.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-changing environment where processes and systems are actively being rebuilt and improved.
