Role Description
The Senior Go-To-Market Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in the United Kingdom, working closely with product, sales, operations, and customer success teams to bring sunday’s payment and restaurant management solutions to market.

This role involves:

- Translating technical capabilities into compelling customer value propositions
- Designing and implementing solution architectures for key restaurant partners
- Supporting pre-sales activities with demos, technical workshops, and proof-of-concept implementations
- Collaborating on product launch plans
- Creating technical enablement materials
- Providing feedback to engineering and product teams based on customer and market insights
Responsibilities also include:
- Troubleshooting complex integration issues
- Optimizing deployment and onboarding processes
- Mentoring colleagues on best practices for restaurant payment and management solutions
Qualifications
- Strong technical background in software engineering or systems integration, ideally with experience in payments, hospitality tech, or SaaS platforms.
- Proficiency in solution design and architecture, with the ability to translate product features into scalable, reliable implementations for restaurant clients.
- Experience collaborating with go-to-market teams (sales, marketing, customer success) to support pre-sales, product launches, and customer onboarding.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Experience working directly with customers, gathering requirements, and feeding insights back into product and engineering roadmaps.
- Familiarity with APIs, third-party integrations, and cloud-based platforms; experience with payment systems or restaurant POS solutions is a strong plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
