About Us

Sunday is building the fastest, simplest way to pay in restaurants. With a quick scan of a QR code, diners can pay, tip, and leave in about 10 seconds. We believe great products should feel obvious, not complicated, and we focus relentlessly on keeping things simple while earning trust from restaurants and guests at every interaction. Today, Sunday powers payments in thousands of restaurants across the US, UK, and France, helping operators turn tables faster, increase tips, and unlock valuable insights. We push ourselves to go beyond what’s expected, building with ownership, moving fast, and scaling with ambition as we tackle our biggest growth opportunity in the US.

About the Role

At Sunday, we believe Revenue Operations should operate more like a product and engineering organization than a traditional support function. Our mission is to build scalable systems, deliver solutions quickly, and continuously improve how our commercial teams operate.

We're looking for a Senior Go-to-Market Engineer to help build the next generation of our revenue engine. This role sits at the intersection of Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, Data, AI, and Automation. You'll partner directly with business stakeholders to turn commercial challenges into thoughtful, scalable technical solutions that help our teams move faster, make better decisions, and deliver a better customer experience.

You'll take a senior technical role in building three core capabilities: the data and enrichment engine that powers how we understand our market, the automation layer behind our inbound and outbound motions, and the practical application of AI across our revenue organization.

This is a hands-on builder role. You'll design and implement modern workflows, improve the quality and reliability of our commercial systems, and help establish Sunday's internal Revenue Engineering capability. You'll also provide technical mentorship to other Go-to-Market Engineers and play an important role in shaping how we build for the future.

Technology is evolving rapidly, and so are we. We're not looking for someone who already knows every tool - we're looking for someone who learns quickly, enjoys experimenting, and wants to help define how AI and modern automation transform the way modern commercial organizations operate. We believe Revenue Operations should be measured by the quality of the solutions it delivers, the experiences it creates for its users, and the business outcomes it enables.

This is a build role: you'll help establish the architecture and governance that powers Sunday's next stage of growth as we scale into a truly global, multi-market organization.

Join early, grow fast, and shape the journey!

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and own Sunday's GTM data and enrichment engine - connecting regional data providers, enrichment platforms, AI, and internal data to maintain an accurate global account and contact universe across our markets.
  • Use AI and enrichment to make our commercial data more intelligent and actionable, filling gaps in account and contact data, identifying and validating businesses, and helping sellers understand which accounts to prioritize and why.
  • Design and build the automation layer behind our core GTM motions, including inbound lead processing, outbound prospecting, enrichment, scoring, routing, seller workflows, and other high-volume commercial processes across the US, UK, and France.
  • Help lead the practical application of AI within Revenue Operations, identifying high-value use cases and building AI-enabled workflows, agents, and tools that improve seller productivity, decision-making, data quality, and operational efficiency.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Data, and Systems to turn commercial problems into scalable technical solutions, from initial solution design through prototyping, testing, deployment, and iteration.
  • Help shape how commercial data is structured and governed in Salesforce, partnering closely with our Systems team to ensure the workflows and intelligence we build sit on a reliable data foundation.
  • Build reusable integrations and technical patterns across our GTM stack, using APIs, orchestration platforms, automation tools, and code where appropriate rather than relying on manual processes or one-off solutions.
  • Act as a senior technical leader within our growing GTM Engineering capability, establishing strong engineering practices across architecture, documentation, testing, governance, and delivery while mentoring other Go-to-Market Engineers.
  • Continuously evaluate emerging GTM and AI technologies, rapidly prototyping where there is a credible business use case and helping Sunday determine what should become part of our long-term commercial technology stack.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Our Stack

Here's what you'll be working with day to day:

CRM & Enrichment: Salesforce, Clay, Lusha, FullEnrich

Automation & Engagement: n8n, Zapier, Cargo, MixMax, Aircall

We're actively modernizing this stack as we scale, and you'll have real influence over what it looks like next.

About You

We're looking for someone who is naturally curious, enjoys building, and gets energized by solving messy business problems with technology. The ideal candidate has experience working somewhere between engineering and go-to-market teams and is comfortable moving between strategy, systems, automation, and execution.

You may have started in Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, or Revenue Operations and taught yourself to build systems and automate workflows. We're equally open to talent coming from software, data, automation, or systems engineering when that's paired with real fluency in how commercial teams work.

Must-Haves

  • Real experience with Clay, or a directly comparable GTM automation or enrichment platform, and the ability to build sophisticated workflows rather than simply operate a tool.
  • Strong, hands-on Salesforce experience. Commercial data governance in Salesforce is core to this role from day one.
  • Experience designing scalable workflows, integrations, and operational processes.
  • Hands-on technical ability with APIs, SQL, scripting, or low-code platforms to solve business problems.
  • Experience partnering directly with business stakeholders to translate ambiguous problems into practical, working solutions.
  • Enough project and change-management discipline to scope, document, test, and stage a rollout - not just ship fast and hope it lands.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in restaurant, hospitality, or adjacent technology such as delivery, point-of-sale, or reservations.
  • Experience with n8n or similar workflow and orchestration tools.
  • Familiarity with LLM APIs, AI-assisted workflow tools, and emerging automation technologies.

Most importantly, you're someone who enjoys learning new technology, embraces ambiguity, and isn't afraid to build something you've never built before. Across backgrounds, we care far more about curiosity, technical aptitude, ownership, and a builder's mindset than following a traditional career path.

Within 6 Months

  • Improve the reliability, quality, and scalability of our core automations and commercial systems.
