Join our hybrid UK-based team as a Senior Go-to-Market Marketing Manager – Retail and Consumer Services
This EMEA-oriented position requires a professional ready to develop and steer the marketing direction that powers expansion across EPAM's Retail and Consumer Services division and its principal verticals.
Serving as the go-to marketing partner for leadership across Retail and Consumer Services and Sales, you will transform evolving market conditions, client demands, and EPAM's core competencies into a standout go-to-market plan aimed at elevating brand presence, driving demand, and accelerating growth in pipeline and revenue.
Working hand-in-hand with numerous groups — including Industry, Sales, Marketing, Presales, Industry Solutions, Alliances, Content, Research, Campaigns, Demand Generation, Field Marketing, and Operations — you'll link what Consumer Services clients require, where EPAM stands apart, and the pathways for bringing those advantages to market.
Responsibilities
- Formulate the comprehensive marketing direction for Retail and Consumer Services, addressing long-term goals, messaging around value, priority audiences, and paths to expansion
- Reshape findings drawn from markets and customers into concrete marketing initiatives guided by current trends, purchaser priorities, and rival activity
- Develop unique industry perspectives and storylines that link what EPAM offers to challenges clients encounter and openings within the market
- Work alongside business and sales leaders to ensure marketing targets and measurement tools stay connected to larger growth objectives
- Accelerate pipeline momentum and shorten sales cycles through unified efforts supporting key accounts, major transactions, and opportunities to cross-sell
- Establish and execute the lineup of Retail and Consumer Services offerings by spotting priority solutions and managing their introduction
- Direct cohesive go-to-market activities across thought leadership content, promotional campaigns, account-based marketing, digital platforms, and live events
- Forge cooperative initiatives with alliance partners to tap into broader ecosystem possibilities for marketing and demand creation
- Generate resources for sales teams, senior-level playbooks, and thought leadership materials that bolster EPAM's reputation within the industry
- Introduce a measurement-based framework for gauging results, sharpening campaign effectiveness, and assessing marketing return on investment

Requirements
- Ten-plus years working in B2B go-to-market strategy, industry-focused marketing, or solutions marketing within technology services, consulting, or related industries
- Comprehensive understanding of the Retail and Consumer Services space, encompassing knowledge of market changes, omnichannel behavior, customer experience concerns, and catalysts behind digital transformation
- Established ability to translate business strategy into tangible marketing initiatives with quantifiable results
- Proven experience crafting positioning statements, value propositions, and messaging tailored to industry needs for complicated offerings
- Experience managing integrated efforts that combine content development, thought leadership, ABM, digital tactics, events, and partner collaboration
- Poised executive demeanor with the ability to function as a dependable advisor to senior leaders in business, sales, and client relationships
- Capability to direct cross-functional teams operating within a global matrix and drive results without formal reporting authority
- Working knowledge of technology ecosystems, including major cloud providers, independent software vendors, and important strategic alliances
- Combination of big-picture strategic ability and strong follow-through, driven by evidence-based decisions
- Well-developed abilities in communicating, delivering presentations, and building relationships with stakeholders
