Senior Go-to-Market Marketing Manager – Retail and Consumer Services

We're seeking a Senior Go-to-Market Marketing Manager – Retail and Consumer Services to become part of our hybrid team based in the United Kingdom. Focused on the EMEA region, this position calls for someone to shape and drive the marketing approach that fuels growth across EPAM's Retail and Consumer Services business and its core sectors.

Acting as the strategic marketing counterpart to leadership within Retail and Consumer Services and Sales, you'll convert market shifts, client needs, and EPAM's strengths into a distinctive go-to-market approach designed to boost visibility, generate demand, and speed up pipeline and revenue expansion.

You'll partner across multiple functions — Industry, Sales, Marketing, Presales, Industry Solutions, Alliances, Content, Research, Campaigns, Demand Generation, Field Marketing, and Operations — to bridge client needs within Consumer Services, EPAM's areas of distinction, and how these strengths reach the marketplace.

Responsibilities

  • Craft the overarching go-to-market marketing approach for Retail and Consumer Services, covering long-range vision, value messaging, target audiences, and growth avenues
  • Turn insights gathered from markets and clients into practical marketing roadmaps shaped by emerging trends, buyer needs, and competitor moves
  • Build distinctive industry viewpoints and stories that connect EPAM's capabilities to the problems clients face and opportunities in the market
  • Team up with business and sales leadership to keep marketing goals and metrics aligned with broader growth ambitions
  • Fuel pipeline growth and faster sales cycles by running combined initiatives that back strategic accounts, sizable deals, and cross-selling potential
  • Define and bring to life the Retail and Consumer Services offering lineup by pinpointing key solutions and coordinating their rollout
  • Head up unified go-to-market efforts spanning thought leadership, marketing campaigns, account-based marketing, digital channels, and events
  • Develop collaborative activities with alliance partners to unlock greater ecosystem potential for marketing and demand generation
  • Produce sales tools, executive-level playbooks, and thought leadership pieces that reinforce EPAM's standing in the marketplace
  • Set up a metrics-driven method for tracking performance, refining campaigns, and evaluating marketing ROI

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
