Senior Go-to-Market Marketing Manager – Retail and Consumer Services

We invite you to join our hybrid team in the UK as Senior Go-to-Market Marketing Manager – Retail and Consumer Services. With an EMEA focus, this role calls for a professional ready to build and lead the marketing vision that drives growth for EPAM's Retail and Consumer Services practice and its key sub-industries.

As the go-to strategic marketing ally for leadership within Retail and Consumer Services and Sales, you'll interpret changing market forces, client priorities, and EPAM's distinct capabilities, weaving them into an impactful go-to-market strategy meant to raise market profile, generate demand, and accelerate both pipeline and revenue outcomes.

Working in close partnership with a broad set of functions — Industry, Sales, Marketing, Presales, Industry Solutions, Alliances, Content, Research, Campaigns, Demand Generation, Field Marketing, and Operations — you'll bring together what clients in Consumer Services are looking for, where EPAM holds a competitive edge, and how best to bring those strengths into the market.

Responsibilities

  • Design the full-scope marketing strategy for Retail and Consumer Services, encompassing long-term direction, value-driven messaging, key audience segments, and growth pathways
  • Translate research on markets and clients into hands-on marketing plans influenced by present-day trends, buyer pain points, and competitive dynamics
  • Craft fresh industry narratives and viewpoints that connect EPAM's offerings to the difficulties clients face and the openings available in the market
  • Liaise with leaders in business and sales to make certain marketing objectives and performance indicators remain in step with wider growth plans
  • Speed up pipeline development and shorten sales cycle length by leading coordinated programs that back major accounts, high-value deals, and cross-selling chances
  • Curate and roll out the Retail and Consumer Services offerings catalog by determining which solutions matter most and guiding their release
  • Lead integrated go-to-market activities that include thought leadership writing, marketing campaigns, ABM, digital efforts, and physical events
  • Establish joint ventures with alliance partners to unlock additional ecosystem opportunities for marketing and demand generation efforts
  • Develop sales-supporting content, senior-level playbooks, and thought leadership pieces that strengthen EPAM's footprint in the market
  • Implement a metrics-focused approach for monitoring outcomes, enhancing campaign results, and calculating return on marketing spend

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
