Become part of our UK-based hybrid team in the capacity of Senior Go-to-Market Marketing Manager – Retail and Consumer Services
Centered on EMEA, this role needs a professional prepared to construct and guide the marketing strategy fueling growth throughout EPAM's Retail and Consumer Services unit and its major sub-sectors.
Functioning as the primary marketing collaborator for leaders across Retail and Consumer Services along with Sales, you'll take shifting market realities, client expectations, and EPAM's key strengths and mold them into a compelling go-to-market plan built to strengthen visibility, spark demand, and speed up pipeline and revenue results.
Collaborating closely with a wide range of teams — Industry, Sales, Marketing, Presales, Industry Solutions, Alliances, Content, Research, Campaigns, Demand Generation, Field Marketing, and Operations — you will connect the needs of Consumer Services clients, the areas where EPAM differentiates itself, and the strategies for delivering those strengths to the marketplace.
Responsibilities
- Develop the complete marketing roadmap for Retail and Consumer Services, tackling long-term aims, value-focused messaging, priority target groups, and routes toward growth
- Convert market and customer research into practical marketing programs shaped by ongoing trends, buyer concerns, and competitor behavior
- Shape original industry angles and narratives that tie EPAM's strengths to obstacles clients face and possibilities present in the marketplace
- Coordinate with business and sales executives to keep marketing aims and tracking systems tied to overarching growth goals
- Boost pipeline velocity and compress sales timelines by orchestrating joint programs that support flagship accounts, large-scale deals, and cross-sell openings
- Shape and deploy the Retail and Consumer Services solution portfolio by identifying top-priority offerings and overseeing their launch
- Steer unified go-to-market work spanning thought leadership pieces, marketing campaigns, account-based marketing, digital outreach, and in-person events
- Build partnership-driven activities with alliance collaborators to capture wider ecosystem value for marketing and demand generation purposes
- Craft materials for sales teams, high-level playbooks, and thought leadership content that reinforce EPAM's market presence
- Put in place a data-centric system for tracking outcomes, improving campaign performance, and measuring marketing investment returns

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
