Senior Golang Engineer
We are looking for a Senior Golang Engineer to help build and scale our core platform infrastructure. In this role, you will focus on Developer Experience (DevEx), designing internal developer platforms, and extending Kubernetes capabilities through custom resources and operators.
Responsibilities
- Building AI & Agentic Platforms: Design and implement Golang-based AI workspace tools, agentic platform components, and LLM-driven engineering workflows for cross-bank adoption.
- Architecting Kubernetes Operators & Services: Build custom Kubernetes operators, controllers, and CRDs to streamline cloud migration and automate service lifecycle management.
- Developing Service Blueprints: Construct standardized service blueprints that seamlessly integrate internal shared services (authentication, secrets management, logging, and metrics).
- Enhancing Developer Experience (DevEx): Design intuitive internal tools, libraries, and platform APIs that reduce cognitive load and accelerate developer velocity across the bank.

Requirements
- Deep Golang Expertise: Go as your primary language for building scalable platform services, APIs, and CLI tooling.
- Advanced Kubernetes Internals: Thorough knowledge of Kubernetes architecture, control plane mechanics, custom resource definitions (CRDs), and operator design patterns (e.g., core concepts from Kubernetes in Action).
- Platform Engineering Mindset: Proven track record of building internal platforms, shared libraries, or developer infrastructure for other software engineering teams.
Nice to have
- T-Shaped Background: Specializations across Cloud Infrastructure, Ops, SRE, and Platform Engineering.
- Infrastructure as Code: Strong hands-on experience with Terraform for cloud infrastructure management.
- Polyglot Exposure: Experience with Python or JVM languages (Java, Kotlin, Scala).
- AI & LLM Integration: Practical experience working with LLM APIs, agentic frameworks, or AI-assisted coding tools.
