- Strong commercial experience developing backend applications using Golang.
- Solid understanding of:

- Strong understanding of software engineering principles and design patterns.

- Proven experience designing and operating production-grade microservices.
- Experience building highly available distributed systems.
- Strong appreciation of scalability, reliability, and fault tolerance principles.
- Experience supporting mission-critical production services.
