ABOUT THE ROLE: Google & Bing Ads Account Manager

We are looking for a superstar PPC account manager that's well-seasoned, strategic, and confident in their ability to provide results. ONLY APPLY IF YOU ARE BASED IN THE EU, AU, NZ, or SOUTH AMERICA.

This is not a junior or entry level role. You'll be in complete control of generating results from all sides and angles for 7 - 9 figure high-growth eCommerce brands, with support from our other media buyers. Your job is to create customized Google & Bing ads strategies designed based around the brand and its products.

You must be comfortable juggling multiple clients without sacrificing quality, missing deadlines, or compromising brand integrity.

YOUR CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create and run Google ads campaigns based on strategy you create (Pmax, standard shopping, search, Demand Gen, Youtube, etc.)
  • Communicate fluently with clients (written & verbal)
  • Monitor data regularly
  • Create weekly reports on overall performance
  • Understand search intent and create well-written and compelling ad copies
  • Understand SEO + Research SEO keywords
  • Optimize the product data feed based around strategy
  • Deliver success to clients

QUALIFICATIONS (Required — No Exceptions)

  • 2+ years of comprehensive Google ads marketing experience (not limited to freelance or assistant roles).
  • Proven ability to lead multiple accounts simultaneously and manage communication directly with clients.
  • Strategic thinker with a bias for critical thinking and performance — your role is to think outside the box.
  • Confident, proactive communicator who can simplify complex data and strategies into clear client communication.
  • Obsessive attention to detail — no typos, broken links, or off-brand creative on your watch.
  • Able to prioritize and pivot in a fast-paced agency environment with zero micromanagement.
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce metrics: CAC, LTV, CVR, ROAS, and how they influence business as a whole
  • US, Europe, or Australia / NZ based with the ability to work EST timezones
