Senior Graphic Designer

Salary: Up to £50,000 DOE

Location: West Midlands | Hybrid working

We're looking for a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join a growing, fast-paced brand and play a key role in bringing its creative vision to life.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly creative, hands-on designer who enjoys variety and wants to take ownership of projects across multiple channels. You'll work closely with the wider marketing team to create engaging, high-quality creative that delivers impact and ensures a consistent brand experience.

The role

As Senior Graphic Designer, you'll be involved in a broad range of creative projects, including:

  • Creating engaging, on-brand creative across digital and print channels
  • Developing assets for websites, email/CRM, social media, paid campaigns and wider marketing activity
  • Supporting the delivery of integrated campaigns, product launches and events
  • Taking creative briefs and bringing your own ideas and concepts to the table
  • Maintaining and evolving brand consistency across all touchpoints
  • Working closely with marketing, digital and other internal stakeholders
  • Managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Preparing high-quality artwork for both online and offline use
  • Keeping up to date with creative trends and new ideas to continually push the brand forward

About you

We're looking for someone with a strong creative eye, excellent attention to detail and a portfolio that demonstrates high-quality work across a variety of channels.

You'll ideally have:

  • Proven experience within a Graphic Designer or Senior Graphic Designer role
  • A strong and varied portfolio showcasing creative and brand-led work
  • Experience designing across digital channels, with print experience also beneficial
  • The ability to take ownership of projects from initial concept through to final delivery
  • A proactive approach, with the confidence to bring new ideas to the table
  • Excellent organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Experience working within a fast-paced, commercial or e-commerce environment would be advantageous
  • Knowledge of UX/UI, website design or packaging would also be beneficial
