Senior Graphic Designer
Location: Stockport, Greater Manchester
Job type: Full-time, Permanent
Work location: Office-based in Stockport
Wonder Grip is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our Creative Studio.
This is a hands-on senior role for an experienced designer who can take projects from brief through to finished artwork.
You will work across our Group brands, producing high-quality creative for the UK and wider EMEA markets.
The role is primarily focused on graphic design, artwork and print production, with the opportunity to help develop our growing digital and motion capability.
The role
You will work across a broad mix of creative projects, including:
- Catalogues, brochures and product literature
- POS and customer-specific campaign materials
- Packaging and print artwork
- Exhibition and event graphics
- Campaign key visuals
- Social, web and email creative
- Short-form video and motion content
Key responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts and take them through to final artwork.
- Produce high-quality print and digital assets across Group brands.
- Prepare production-ready artwork for printers and packaging suppliers.
- Manage pre-press, colour, artwork specifications and final file preparation.
- Adapt global creative for UK and EMEA markets without compromising either brand.
- Create customer and merchant-specific campaign materials.
- Produce digital content for social media, web and email.
- Film and edit short-form video for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and other channels.
- Maintain strong file management, version control and asset-management standards.

What we're looking for
You will already be operating at Senior Graphic Designer level or have equivalent experience in an agency, in-house studio or comparable creative environment.
You will need:
- A strong portfolio demonstrating excellent graphic-design craft.
- Advanced Adobe Creative Cloud skills, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Strong typography, layout and composition skills.
- Solid print-production and pre-press knowledge.
- Experience producing brochures, catalogues, POS and marketing collateral.
- Experience creating digital content for social, web or email.
- The ability to manage projects independently from brief to final delivery.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Confidence working within established brand guidelines.
- Experience using AI-assisted creative tools as part of a professional workflow.

- Premiere Pro or similar video-editing experience.
- After Effects or motion-graphics skills.
- Product or lifestyle photography experience.
- Strong image-retouching skills.
- Experience working across multiple brands or international markets.
- Experience in an industrial, manufacturing, trade or product-led business.
- French language skills.
