Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Video Editing & Motion Content

  • Edit and produce short-form video content for social media campaigns, including reels, story ads, and organic posts.
  • Cut and assemble client video reels with branded graphics, titles, transitions, and music.
  • Create simple motion graphics and animated assets to support campaign storytelling.
  • This is a supporting capability rather than the core of the role — you don't need to be a video specialist, but you should be confident and competent with the tools.

About You

  • You have 5+ years of graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio spanning digital and print.
  • You have proven experience in a B2B environment, ideally within tech, SaaS, consulting, market research, or a data-driven business.
  • You're an expert in Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • You have solid video editing skills and are comfortable in Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent tools.
  • You have strong PowerPoint design skills and understand that a great deck is a craft in itself.
  • You're experienced with Figma and/or Canva for collaborative and templatised workflows.
  • You have demonstrable experience building or improving design request processes, intake systems, or creative operations workflows.
  • You've created and maintained brand guidelines that are actually used, not just documented.

Mindset & Approach

  • Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, startup and scale-up environments with limited structure.
  • Strong creative judgement, you know when something is good and can articulate why.
  • Operationally minded as well as creative; you enjoy building systems and processes as much as making things.
  • Confident communicator who can influence non-designers to care about brand and quality.
  • Curious and proactive, you spot opportunities to improve and elevate without waiting for a brief.
  • Comfortable operating as the sole designer while maintaining high standards and output quality.
  • Collaborative across functions, equally at home working with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Leadership.
  • A sharp eye for data visualisation and the ability to make complex information visually digestible.
