Senior Graphic Designer

Location: West London
Department: Creative and Marketing
Reporting to: Creative Director
Employment type: Permanent, full-time - 5 days in office

The opportunity

We're partnering with a rapidly growing global consumer brand rooted in sneaker, streetwear and youth culture to appoint an experienced Senior Graphic Designer.

Sitting between the Creative Director and the wider design team, you'll translate high-level creative direction into consistently strong design across digital, social, ecommerce, retail, packaging and integrated campaigns.

This is both a hands-on and leadership-focused role. You'll create high-quality work yourself while mentoring designers, improving creative processes and ensuring projects move efficiently from initial concept through to final sign-off.

Key responsibilities

  • Act as the day-to-day creative lead for the design team.
  • Translate the Creative Director's vision into clear briefs, actionable feedback and polished creative work.
  • Produce high-quality, hands-on design across digital, social, retail, ecommerce, packaging and campaigns.
  • Raise the quality and consistency of creative output across every brand touchpoint.
  • Mentor and develop junior and midweight designers through feedback, reviews and creative guidance.
  • Lead internal design critiques and encourage a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Manage the design-review and sign-off process, ensuring work is presentation-ready.
  • Collaborate with marketing, social, ecommerce, paid media, product and project-management teams.
  • Ensure assets are delivered on time, on brand and to an excellent standard.
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines, visual systems and creative best practices.
  • Identify workflow inefficiencies and introduce solutions that improve speed, clarity and output.
  • Support campaign ideation, concept development and creative planning.
  • Maintain consistency across international markets and distribution partners.
  • Stay informed about design trends and cultural movements across sneakers, fashion, streetwear and youth culture.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
