You will be working for the high growth womenswear brand Sisters & Seekers within a creative and visionary team, all striving towards taking the brand to the next level. We are based near Chester but have a global reach with customers all over the world.

We are looking for an ambitious, driven and passionate individual who is looking to develop their career in a dynamic and expanding team at Seekers HQ. This position is a full-time role based in the office through Monday to Friday, with the opportunity to immerse yourself in the lively Sisters & Seekers team, experience staff and community events, and if you’re camera ready, to be a part of our viral TikTok videos!

About The Role

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to play a key role in shaping and elevating the Sisters & Seekers brand across all touchpoints.

This is a highly creative, hands-on role focused on concept development, visual execution and brand storytelling. You will be responsible for translating ideas into compelling creative across digital, campaign, eCommerce, and social, with a strong focus on maintaining a premium, distinctive and culturally relevant brand identity.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong creative point of view, and is confident bringing ideas to life across multiple formats - including motion and digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Creative & Concept Development

  • Lead on concept development for campaigns, activations and key brand moments
  • Contribute to brand storytelling, ensuring ideas are original, engaging and aligned with the Sisters & Seekers identity
  • Translate creative direction into high-quality visual outputs across all channels
  • Bring a strong visual point of view, pushing creative beyond execution into concept-led thinking

Design Execution & Output

Deliver creative across:

  • Website & eCommerce (homepage, PLPs, PDPs, UI updates in Figma)
  • Campaigns & launches
  • Social & community content
  • Paid media (Meta, TikTok, Google) CRM (email & SMS)
  • Print and branded collateral
  • Lead print projects end-to-end, from concept through to production
  • Create and maintain visual direction decks to clearly communicate ideas
  • Support and develop motion and video output, including direction for animation and editing

Brand & Quality

  • Uphold and evolve the brand’s visual identity across all outputs
  • Ensure all work meets a high standard of creativity, consistency and detail
  • Balance creative and commercial priorities, ensuring work performs as well as it looks
  • Act as a key contributor to elevating the overall creative output of the brand

Collaboration & Workflow

  • Work closely with marketing, CRM, eCommerce and campaign teams to align creative with business goals
  • Translate briefs into clear, actionable creative outputs
  • Contribute to a proactive, well-structured creative workflow
  • Support the wider team with feedback and creative input where needed

About You

Essential

  • Strong experience in a graphic design role within fashion, lifestyle or consumer brands
  • A standout portfolio demonstrating both creative thinking and execution
  • Strong understanding of digital-first design and eCommerce
  • Experience across multiple formats, including social, web and campaign
  • Basic to intermediate skills in motion, animation or video editing
  • High attention to detail and strong visual judgement

Desirable

  • Experience working with community-led or social-first brands
  • Understanding of creative performance and engagement
  • Experience working across both digital and print

🖥️ 2-3 Stage Interview

The recruitment process will begin with an initial screening call. If successful, candidates will be invited to complete an assessment stage, which may include practical tasks and group exercises designed to evaluate relevant skills and experience. Following this, shortlisted candidates will be invited to a final face-to-face interview to further assess their suitability for the role.
