About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Digital Graphic Designer Lead to join a fast-growing global SaaS organization. This pivotal role involves taking ownership of the creative output across multiple digital channels, ensuring that all visual assets are aligned with brand standards and performance objectives. Reporting directly to the Head of Digital Growth, the successful candidate will be an integral part of a collaborative global marketing team, working closely with designers, content creators, videographers, digital marketers, and campaign managers. The role demands a hands-on approach, combining design leadership with strategic thinking to craft engaging, conversion-focused creative assets that enhance brand visibility and drive measurable results.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5-8 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within digital or performance-driven environments. A strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) is essential, alongside experience in creating templates using Canva. Knowledge of After Effects is advantageous for creating motion graphics. The candidate should have a solid understanding of how design varies across different platforms and marketing channels, ensuring optimized visual communication. Experience or interest in AI tools such as Runway or VEO is desirable, reflecting a commitment to innovation and staying ahead of industry trends. A degree in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred, complemented by a compelling portfolio demonstrating multi-channel, commercially effective design work. Excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment are crucial for success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Creating a wide range of digital and motion design assets, including social media graphics, eBooks, infographics, web elements, and campaign materials, from concept to delivery
  • Developing and maintaining global brand guidelines, ensuring consistency and high standards across all creative outputs
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external agencies to produce impactful creative aligned with brand standards and campaign objectives
  • Partnering with paid media and SEO teams to develop assets that maximize conversion rates, utilizing performance data to optimize creative assets continually
  • Managing and supporting a matrix team of designers across multiple regions, fostering innovation by incorporating new technologies, including AI tools, into creative workflows
  • Leading creative ideation, storytelling, and multi-channel campaign execution, ensuring that all creative efforts contribute to overarching marketing goals
