Shape How Loop Shows Up In The World

Loop is showing up in more places than ever. From our own channels and global campaigns to retail shelves, marketplaces, and partnerships with some of the world's most exciting brands. Wherever people meet Loop, it needs to feel unmistakably us.

As our Senior Graphic Designer, you'll shape the visual world behind our campaigns, across both our Core range and Partnerships. You'll turn creative concepts into strong visual systems and build the guidelines that help those ideas stay consistent across channels, formats, and markets.

The Role

You'll work closely with our Art Directors, Copy team, Brand, Growth, CRM, Product teams to take campaigns from an initial brief to a visual direction that can live everywhere.

This isn't just about making individual assets look great. You'll think in systems: defining typography, colour, layout, motion, and design principles, then translating them into guidelines and toolkits that other designers, freelancers, and agencies can confidently work with.

You'll also step into high-impact projects beyond campaigns when needed, from packaging and retail POS to launch identities and collaborations.

What You'll Do

  • Turn campaign briefs into strong visual concepts and scalable design systems across paid social, CRM, web, marketplaces, and retail.
  • Shape campaign/product launch identities through typography, colour, layout, motion, and other visual principles.
  • Design for brand partnerships, bringing Loop and partner identities together in a way that feels natural to both brands.
  • Create clear guidelines, templates, and toolkits that help internal teams, freelancers, and agencies execute consistently.
  • Work on packaging concepts, retail POS, launch identities, and other high-impact brand moments depending on the roadmap.
  • Bring a sharp eye for typography, grid, colour, and detail into design reviews and help raise the overall craft bar.
  • Use AI tools to explore more creative directions faster, while knowing where human taste and judgement matter most.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

You Won't

  • Design one-off campaign assets without thinking about how the idea needs to scale across channels and markets.
  • Treat brand partnerships as simply placing two visual identities next to each other.
  • Hand over a design direction without giving others the tools and guidelines to execute it properly.
  • Wait for a perfectly finished brief before starting to explore and shape a direction.
  • Choose speed over craft when the details are what make the work feel premium.
  • Use AI as a replacement for strong creative judgement or original thinking.

How You'll Succeed

You can take a relatively open brief and turn it into a clear visual idea, then build a system around it that works just as well on a tiny paid social asset as it does in retail or a major campaign launch.

You know how to make consumer products feel desirable. You understand that great campaign design needs to do more than look beautiful, especially in an ecommerce and DTC environment where the work also needs to perform.

Your work raises the visual bar for Loop, but your impact goes beyond what you personally design. The systems, guidelines, and feedback you create make the work around you stronger too.

What You'll Bring

  • 7+ years of graphic design experience, ideally within ecommerce, DTC, or consumer brands.
  • A strong portfolio showing campaigns you've helped concept and shape, not just execute.
  • Strong art direction eye, taking briefs from early ideas to complete visual systems.
  • Excellent craft across typography, layout, colour, composition, and visual storytelling.
  • Experience designing campaigns across multiple channels, from social and CRM to web and marketplaces.
  • Strong skills in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
  • Comfort using AI tools as part of your creative workflow, combined with strong creative judgement.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience in fashion, jewellery, tech, or other design-led consumer brands.
  • Packaging or retail design experience, including print production and prepress.
  • Experience with DAM or brand platforms such as Frontify.

Loop isn't for everyone. We might not be a match if you:

  • Prefer executing fully defined briefs over helping shape the creative direction yourself.
  • Prefer creating individual assets over building visual systems that others can use.
  • Care about how something looks, but less about how it performs across ecommerce and growth channels.
  • Find it difficult to balance speed with a high level of visual craft and attention to detail.
  • Prefer keeping your work to yourself rather than giving and receiving direct creative feedback.
  • See AI as either something to avoid completely or something that can replace creative thinking.

Your Portfolio

We're much more interested in three projects with real thinking behind them than twenty polished thumbnails.

We'd love to see a campaign you helped concept rather than simply execute, how one visual idea translated across different formats and channels, and the craft behind the final result. If you have personal or self-initiated work that shows your own visual point of view, we'd love to see that too.

Still interested?

Great. If you're excited about shaping how Loop shows up across campaigns, collaborations, retail, and everything in between, and you want to build visual systems that can travel across channels and markets without losing their edge, we'd love to see your work.
