Job Description
Lead creative execution across multiple brands and projects. This role is ideal for a designer who combines strong visual thinking with experience in branding, campaigns, and mentoring, and who can translate strategy into high-impact design.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the visual execution of branding, digital, and print projects.
- Translate creative direction and brand strategy into strong, consistent design systems.
- Oversee and refine design outputs to ensure high quality and brand alignment.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and account teams.
- Support and mentor junior and mid-level designers through feedback and guidance.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
- Prepare final artwork for production and publishing.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design (agency experience is a strong plus).
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Proven experience designing for digital platforms, campaigns, and social media.
- Ability to think conceptually and execute creatively.
- Strong communication, leadership, and time-management skills.
- Experience with Figma and collaborative design workflows.
- Motion graphics or animation skills (After Effects is a plus).
- Experience working with multiple brands or fast-paced creative teams.
