πŸ’Ό About The Role

As a Senior Graphic Designer, you'll play a key role in shaping how Ultralytics communicates its vision to the world β€” turning complex vision AI into design that's clear, engaging, and memorable. You'll create high-impact marketing and event assets across digital and print, helping our products, brand, and community stand out everywhere they appear.

You'll deliver creative work across campaigns, website and social visuals, motion content, presentations, flyers, merchandise, and booth displays β€” ensuring every touchpoint reflects our quality, speed, and attention to detail. You'll also help bring our upcoming brand uplift to life by applying new brand guidelines across a wide range of assets and contributing to scalable design systems that support the team's day-to-day execution.

Working closely with Growth, Product, and Creative, you'll transform ideas into compelling visual experiences that support the adoption of Ultralytics tools β€” from our open-source ecosystem on GitHub to the developer experience across our Documentation and Community.

This role is ideal for a highly skilled designer who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, takes ownership of their work, has exceptional craft, and enjoys turning ambitious ideas into polished, high-impact creative.

πŸš€ What You'll Do

Creative production

  • Deliver projects from concept to final execution across digital, print, and event design.
  • Design marketing campaigns, social media content, and optimized web graphics for ultralytics.com.
  • Produce presentations, announcements, and communication assets that make technical concepts easy to understand.
  • Create sales and marketing collateral that supports product launches and customer adoption.
  • Design event branding, booth graphics, signage, merchandise, and print-ready production files.
  • Produce motion graphics and short-form video content where it strengthens the story.

Brand & creative execution

  • Partner with Growth, Product, and Creative teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality visual solutions.
  • Contribute ideas through competitive research, creative exploration, and industry trends.
  • Apply and help evolve Ultralytics' visual identity across every customer touchpoint.
  • Maintain and expand reusable design assets and templates that improve team efficiency.

Collaboration & quality

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver cohesive, on-brand creative work.
  • Ensure design quality through careful attention to detail, consistency, and production readiness.
  • Support creative reviews by giving and receiving thoughtful feedback that improves the final outcome.

🧠 Skills And Experience

Core requirements

  • 5–8 years of graphic design experience in a fast-paced tech, AI, SaaS, or startup environment.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating excellence across brand, marketing, events, digital, and print design.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Strong Figma skills with experience collaborating across design systems and product teams.
  • Experience creating motion graphics and editing engaging short-form video content.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts (such as AI or developer tools) into clear, compelling visual communication.
  • Excellent visual craftsmanship with strong typography, layout, and attention to detail.
  • Outstanding organization and time management, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset with openness to feedback and iteration.
  • Curious about AI, technology, and emerging design trends.

Nice to have

  • Experience designing for developer-first, open-source, or B2B technology brands.
  • Experience producing visuals for documentation and technical education.
  • Familiarity with 3D tools such as Blender or Cinema 4D.
  • Experience supporting community-focused initiatives, events, or developer programs.
