Senior Designer £50-55K
Shoreditch | London | Hybrid
We're working with an independent brand and design studio in London who are looking for an exceptional Senior Designer to join their team.
This is a brilliant opportunity for a strategic and conceptual designer who is passionate about original ideas, beautiful craft and creating distinctive brands with real impact.
You'll play a leading role across projects, working from early stage thinking and concept development through to building out full visual identities and brand systems. Craft is really important here. The work needs to feel beautiful, considered and incredibly well executed, so we're looking for someone with a strong eye and a high level of taste.
Your portfolio will show evidence of this, ideally through brands and projects that share a similarly refined, design led aesthetic, where every detail from typography and composition through to colour, imagery and overall art direction has been carefully considered.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
