About Us

Club L London is the next-generation online fashion retailer for the forward-thinking woman. Conceptualised and crafted in-house and abroad, we specialise in accessible luxury and designs of unrivalled quality that flatter all figures.

From prom to occasion, maternity, bridal, and beyond, we deliver an elevated shopping experience that connects our global community of trend-setting consumers, influencers, and content creators with fresh collections dropping weekly.

The Role

We're looking for a highly creative, fashion-focused Senior Graphic Designer to help shape and elevate the visual identity of Club L London.

Sitting at the heart of the Creative team, you'll lead the design and execution of campaigns, content, editorial, CRM, social and e-commerce experiences that inspire, engage and convert. From crafting distinctive campaign identities and content concepts to reimagining customer journeys, email experiences and digital touchpoints, you'll play a key role in defining how the brand shows up across every channel and market.

Combining exceptional hands-on design with creative leadership, you'll lead a premium, fashion-led aesthetic while ensuring every execution is commercially impactful and aligned with the brand vision. You'll collaborate closely with Creative, Marketing, Social, CRM, E-commerce and Creative teams to deliver compelling, customer-focused creative that drives engagement and performance.

As a senior member of the team, you'll also play an important role in growing and evolving the design function—mentoring junior designers, refining processes, supporting recruitment and helping build a high-performing creative culture. This is an opportunity to make a real impact, shaping not only the creative output of the brand but the future of the team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
