About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced and creative Senior Graphic Designer to support and grow their portfolio of automotive audio and electronics brands. This role blends strategic brand marketing with hands-on content creation, focusing on engaging end users through thoughtful, consumer-first marketing. This position is responsible for shaping and maintaining brand identity while delivering compelling content across digital channels, events, and product launches. The role suits a marketing professional who enjoys ownership from concept through execution and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute consumer-focused brand marketing initiatives that build awareness, engagement, and demand.
- Create high-quality content across multiple formats, including video, photography, written copy, graphics, web, social media, PR, and email marketing.
- Translate technical product features into clear, compelling consumer benefits.
- Plan and deliver integrated product launches, campaigns, and promotional activities across brands and channels.
- Manage and maintain brand websites, product listings, and supporting digital content.
- Own social media content planning, creation, scheduling, and performance optimization across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and others as relevant.
- Conduct market and consumer research to identify trends, competitive insights, and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, finance, and commercial teams to align messaging and ensure campaign execution.
- Plan, prepare, and support key trade shows, consumer events, and training sessions, including on-site setup, content capture, and live event marketing.
- Create and manage marketing materials such as advertising assets, packaging, brochures, displays, and point-of-sale materials.
- Maintain internal brand standards, naming conventions, and digital asset organization.
- Contribute actively to creative brainstorming and continuous improvement of brand presentation and execution.

Required Education and Experience
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to interpret data and apply insights to marketing decisions.
- 5+ years in consumer-driven marketing, ideally within automotive, lifestyle, or technically focused product categories.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with demonstrated graphic design, video filming, and video editing capability.
- Experience managing websites and digital platforms, including content updates, product uploads, and customer-facing information.
- Proficiency with social media platforms and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, SuperMetrics, TripleWhale or similar).
- Strong writing and communication skills, with attention to tone, clarity, and brand voice.
- Well-developed project management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Comfortable working collaboratively across departments while also taking ownership of deliverables.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms, events, or trade shows preferred.
- Genuine interest in automotive culture and consumer technology strongly preferred.
