We're looking for a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead the creative production function within our marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a designer who enjoys both the strategic and hands-on sides of the craft, taking creative concepts and bringing them to life across a wide range of formats, channels, and store environments.
In this role, you'll take ownership of how campaigns and brand assets are adapted and produced once direction has been agreed, ensuring every piece of creative output reflects our brand identity and meets the highest production standard. You'll work closely with colleagues across marketing, sales, people (HR), and our external creative partners to deliver cohesive, high-quality creative across above the-line campaigns, digital advertising, in-store point-of-sale, and printed collateral.
You'll also play a key role in maintaining brand consistency as our creative output scales, including across multi-format stores and a wide variety of channels. If you're passionate about design, brand consistency, and production excellence, this role offers a strong blend of creative ownership and hands-on delivery.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
