Senior Graphic Designer

Accountabilities
- Develop, manage, and deliver a broad range of graphic design projects from concept through final execution.
- Contribute to promotional and marketing initiatives by developing creative concepts and visual assets aligned with business objectives.
- Generate creative ideas for both product and marketing teams, translating concepts into engaging visual solutions.
- Create, maintain, and scale design systems to ensure consistency and efficiency across projects.
- Develop and update brand books, visual guidelines, templates, and other brand assets.
- Design creative content for social media, presentations, infographics, and other digital channels.
- Ensure the quality, consistency, and visual integrity of graphic materials in line with established guidelines and templates.
- Participate in design decisions for both new and existing digital products.
- Create vector icons and other visual elements as required across different projects.
- Work closely with product, marketing, and creative stakeholders to understand objectives and deliver effective design solutions.
- Analyze existing design solutions and their effectiveness, using insights to improve future creative work.
- Optimize design processes and internal workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.

Requirements
- Strong professional experience in graphic design, with a portfolio demonstrating a high level of visual and creative execution.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Figma.
- Strong understanding of typography, including font selection and pairing, text hierarchy, readability, and visual balance.
- Deep knowledge of composition, layout, visual hierarchy, and color theory.
- Proven experience creating visuals for social media, presentations, infographics, digital campaigns, and other digital materials.
- Experience creating raster graphics, including compositing and collage work.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of business context and the ability to connect design decisions with product and marketing objectives.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Practical experience using AI tools as part of the creative or design workflow.
- Strong sense of ownership and willingness to take responsibility for outcomes.
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for solving unconventional design challenges.
- Understanding of basic product or marketing metrics is considered a plus.
