Job Title
An international organisation embarking on a multi-billion-pound investment programme over the next decade is seeking an Interim Group FP&A Analyst to join its Group Finance team on an initial 8-month contract.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile strategic initiatives, partnering with senior finance leaders and supporting ExCo decision-making. You'll provide insightful analysis, reporting and financial modelling that helps shape the organisation's long-term investment strategy.

- Own and coordinate the end-to-end Group FP&A process across the organisation
- Prepare and consolidate group management reporting and forecasting across multiple divisions and programmes
- Drive insights across budgets, forecasts and variance analysis for senior stakeholders
- Build financial models and scenarios to support strategic spend decisions and deployment of funds
- Produce ExCo-ready PowerPoint decks that bring financial data to life through clear storytelling
- Deliver monthly reporting requirements in line with the wider Group FP&A calendar
- Business partner with the ExCo to deliver analysis and performance insights across key KPIs

Successful Candidate
- ACA, CA, CIMA or ACCA qualified
- Experienced within Group FP&A, financial planning or commercial finance in a large, complex organisation
- Strong in financial modelling, forecasting and data analysis
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and presenting financial insights
- Available immediately or at short notice
