Senior Group Reporting Accountant
As we continue to grow, we are now strengthening our Accounts team with a Senior Group Reporting Accountant in our London office. Working on a hybrid basis, you will provide a high-quality financial accounting and reporting service across the Group, supporting the Chief Group Controller and Financial Controller in the preparation of consolidated accounts, statutory reporting, budgeting, tax compliance and audit requirements.

- Preparation of complex consolidation in Tagetik.
- Preparation of consolidated package to Oslo on a quarterly basis.
- Preparation of Hvitsten II Joint Venture Board quarterly pack.
- Key finance partner to the Board and equity partners.
- Calculation of Corporation Tax payable per quarter under IFRS and UKGAAP.
- Preparation of Annual Tax returns and Alpha tax packs.
- Organise meetings with budget holders where necessary.
- Prepare budget papers.
- Consolidate budget into consolidation package.
- Hvitsten II Joint Venture Dividend Calculations.
Skills & Experience Required:
- ACA or ACCA qualified accountant.
- Minimum 3 years' post-qualification experience within industry.
- Experience working within a group finance environment, including group consolidations.
- Experience preparing statutory accounts, including cash flow statements.
- Strong financial accounting and reporting knowledge.
- Experience preparing or supporting annual audits and responding to auditor queries.
- Exposure to corporation tax, tax reporting or tax compliance activities.
- Strong financial systems skills and advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritise workload effectively.
- Confident communicator with the ability to present and discuss financial information with senior stakeholders, board members and external partners.
- Proactive approach with the ability to learn new systems, processes and technologies quickly.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Tagetik & Adaptive Workspace is desirable but not essential.
- Experience of e-filing processes is desirable but not essential.

Job Details:
This is a permanent, full-time role, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday on a hybrid basis.
