Senior Group Reporting Manager | Multi Billion Turnover | Listed Group

£120,000-£140,000 + competitive package

The Opportunity

A multi billion turnover, listed international group with operations spanning multiple continents is looking for a Senior Group Reporting Manager to join its finance function, as the business continues to grow through organic expansion and acquisition.

Sitting at the heart of the group's reporting and consolidation process, this role offers genuine international exposure to senior stakeholders and demands outstanding communication skills, with a strong focus on internal reporting and engagement with FP&A.

This is a rare opportunity for a finance professional who thrives in a complex, fast moving environment and wants a role with real long term career progression in a business of scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the group consolidated financial reporting process, ensuring accuracy, consistency and compliance with relevant accounting standards.
  • Act as a key point of contact between group finance and finance teams across multiple geographies, building strong and trusted working relationships.
  • Work closely with finance teams in different countries, navigating varying local requirements, regulations and jurisdictional nuances.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders across the business, including divisional finance leaders and members of the group finance leadership team.
  • Support the production of board level and external reporting materials, ensuring clarity and accuracy for a range of audiences.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of group reporting processes as the business scales and integrates new acquisitions.
  • Support the ongoing transformation of finance systems and processes, contributing ideas and driving improvements to reporting efficiency and quality.

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience in a Group Reporting role for a large plc with a focus on internal reporting
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships across multicultural and multinational environments, with strong cultural sensitivity
  • A genuine interest in systems, ideally with exposure to a continuous improvement environment
  • Confidence navigating multiple jurisdictions and complex target operating models
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience working within a matrix structure
  • Ambition and potential for upward mobility, with a genuine desire to build a long term career
