About Metron Growth
At Metron Growth, we help companies get more out of their customer data. Our small team of subject matter experts partners with the marketing, product and data teams at digital natives (including Deliveroo, Pleo & Picnic), established enterprises and scaleups. Together we build the stacks, strategies and customer journeys that turn data into growth.
We are profitable, independent and have been fully remote since day one. We have delivered over 100 projects across more than 30 tools. We are a consultancy rather than an agency: we design a solution, prove it works and hand it over, rather than running the same campaigns month after month. You will work on high-impact projects for well-known brands in an environment that respects your autonomy.
Our clients come to us for deep technical expertise, and they tend to stick around:
- Picnic: "No fluff or endless slide decks. Just clear, practical insights that you can actually act on."
- Deliveroo: "Deep technical expertise... solving a major headache for the team."
- Turo: "A valuable and impactful combination of deep expertise and excellent client service."
- Calendly: "Cannot sing their praises enough."
The Role: Insight Meets Implementation
This role blends analysis with hands-on delivery. You are the bridge between raw customer data and the decisions our clients make with it.
Insight & Analysis:
- Get to know each client's business, how it grows and the metrics that matter to it.
- Build dashboards, surface insights their teams can act on and present clear recommendations for growth and retention to senior stakeholders.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Implementation & Enablement:
- Help clients achieve their growth objectives quickly.
- Define the data they should track, write clear requirements for their engineering teams and coordinate the implementation of Product Analytics tools and CDPs.
- Train their teams to become confident practitioners.
The Tech Stack
We don't expect anyone to master every tool on the market. We look for deep, hands-on experience in at least one of the following categories. Bring the right foundation and we will teach you the rest:
Product Analytics: e.g. Mixpanel, Amplitude and Fullstory
Customer Data Platforms (CDPs): e.g. Segment, Rudderstack and Hightouch
Experience with AI agents, marketing measurement or the modern data stack is a bonus.
What You Bring to the Table
- Proven Analytics Experience: 2-5 years' experience in data analytics, ideally in marketing or growth. Consulting or client-facing experience is a strong plus.
- MarTech Expertise: Hands-on experience with event-based Product Analytics tools or CDPs, and a solid grasp of acquisition funnels, customer journeys and attribution.
- Commercial Understanding: You understand how a business grows and can translate its growth objectives into technical requirements.
- Data Storytelling: You turn complex data into clear narratives that drive action and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Technical Translator: You pick up new tools quickly and turn complex technical concepts into plain English that clients can act on.
- Project Management: Highly organised and confident keeping projects with multiple stakeholders on track.
