🚀 Senior Growth & Acquisition Manager - Global Consumer Brand - Hybrid
3 days in West London office, 2 days remote working
Are you a growth leader who loves finding new ways to acquire customers, scale performance and turn emerging opportunities into commercial results?
We’re working with a fast-growing global consumer brand looking for a Senior Growth & Acquisition Manager to lead its customer acquisition strategy across the UK, US and European markets.
Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing, you’ll sit at the heart of the growth agenda — combining strategic thinking with hands-on performance leadership and leading a talented acquisition team.
What you’ll be doing
- 📈 Own the growth strategy across paid, organic and partnership channels, driving profitable customer and revenue growth.
- 🤝 Lead agencies and partners across affiliate, creator, technology and other external relationships — challenging them to innovate and deliver.
- 🔎 Shape the future of search & discovery, from technical SEO and content performance to emerging platforms and changing customer behaviours.
- 🌍 Drive international growth, working closely with ecommerce, CRM, wholesale and brand teams across priority markets, particularly Germany.
- 📊 Own measurement and investment, including forecasting, attribution, incrementality testing, performance analysis and budget allocation.
- 👥 Build and develop a high-performing team, creating a culture of curiosity, experimentation, accountability and continuous improvement.

What we’re looking for
You’ll bring significant experience in digital acquisition, growth or performance marketing, ideally from ecommerce, retail, fashion, footwear or another consumer-focused environment.
You’ll also have:
- Strong commercial and budget management experience
- A solid understanding of acquisition measurement, attribution and marketing effectiveness
- Experience managing agencies and external partners
- A track record of building and leading high-performing teams
- The ability to move comfortably between long-term strategy and day-to-day problem solving
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- A genuine curiosity about how customer acquisition is evolving — and the ability to turn new ideas into tangible business outcomes
