Opportunity

An opportunity to either:

  • Keep building your career while making your life work, with a senior role leading the charge at this established, independent, tech-forward brand design agency
  • Take a quantum leap from a very solid mid-level agency marketer and get some senior responsibilities

The Speed Read

Either way, you get the chance to promote brilliant thinking and beautiful creative work and help this long-running, independent agency continue its climb in profile, giving the more 'famous' agencies a run for their money.

This salary range is for 3 or 4 days a week (not pro rata'd). So you are either a very ambitious mid-level on a sharp career growth curve, or an established senior who wants to consolidate a solid career and fold in some flexibility and keep momentum.

If you are someone who is deeply interested in how B2B creative agencies market themselves and has done this, read on.

The title can be elevated for the right candidate, but it is a team of one, and you will be good with this.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

The Facts

You will be wanting to build on or consolidate some really solid B2B agency marketing experience. You will be keen to demonstrate your marketing talent in three areas:

  • Generating, managing, and executing a well-oiled content engine and plan with an ‘always on’ mentality. You can stay in the detail and make sure it's perfect before launch. It will all be under your control.
  • You have a really good nose for which channels: what, where, how, and when. You love using tools to deploy and then assess effectiveness, iterate, and go again.
  • Working very closely with a senior team, to get the right stories told in the right way. Everyone will have your back, but they are busy, so they need you to push things through and make good calls as and when.

You’ll Have:

  • An appetite to work in a progressive B2B branding agency and meet the high energy level and ‘make it happen’ attitude of the people in the business.
  • Solid experience of marketing a B2B brand or creative agency (5+ years)
  • Interest and experience of marketing to tech, professional services, fintech, SAAS, and other B2B sectors.
  • A good comfort level with Hubspot, SEMrush, and GA or equivalents.
  • A familiarity with standard AI tools (Claude, Gemini, Chat GPT) and an enthusiasm to fill any gaps.
